Delete your GrowFleet account
GrowFleet - the app and the dashboard - is made by Apps 365 Ltd. You can delete your login, ask us to delete your whole workspace, or delete a GrowFleet Go account at any time, with or without the app.
Your login on a GrowFleet workspace
Every business has its own GrowFleet address. Enter yours and we take you to its deletion page: type the email you sign in with, we email you a link, and you confirm there. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
Deleting your login erases your email address, username and password, your phones and browser sign-ins, your access to brands and your app settings, consent answers and notifications. Posts and other work you made stay with the workspace, and its records of what you did show a pseudonym instead of your name. We keep the record that you agreed to the Terms and Privacy Policy as evidence of that agreement.
An account owner can ask us to delete the whole workspace and everything in it from the same page. The page tells you how long it will take, and we email you when it is done. The last owner deletes the workspace instead of just their login.
GrowFleet Go
A GrowFleet Go account (my.growfleet.ai) has its own page. An account that never bought a pack is deleted straight away; one that did is deleted by a person within 28 days at most, who emails you when it is done.
In the app
- A workspace login: More, then Delete account - delete your login, or (an owner) ask for the whole workspace to be deleted.
- GrowFleet Go: More, then Delete my account.
Cannot sign in or get the email?
Contact us from the address you use with GrowFleet and we will help. We never ask for your password. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
